1. Start by using a warm, damp towel on all areas of the body where the cream will be applied. This will relax pores allowing absorption of the cream.

2. Apply a small amount of cream to the target areas once a day. Evenly massage in a clockwise direction from top to bottom until fully absorbed.

3. To achieve a slimmer waist, massage cream on the stomach, back & obliques. Wear a fitted, cotton tank top/shirt then place a waist trainer on top.

Apply the cream only once per day.
Not for use on children.

Do not use while breastfeeding or pregnant

Do not apply to face or private areas.

Patch test by applying a thin amount to a small section of your stomach. Wait 24 hours before applying the recommended amount to your skin.

For external use only. Wash your hands after application. Do a skin test. Discontinue if irritaion occurs.
