Insert 1 pearl for 24 hours.

Wash your hands and vulva clean prior to insertion.

Let the string hang outside the vulva after insertion.

Remove yoni pearl no longer than 24 hours after insertion by pulling on the string.

Do not use more than 5 pearls per month.
